Hemming clothes, accessories and home textiles will be easier for you with a slanted strip. It is a strip of fabric that is cut diagonally across the fiber at an angle of 45°, thanks to which the fabric becomes more flexible. Different types of diagonal stripes are divided according to the material into cotton, leatherette, suede, satin and others. The ironed bias strips are ready for immediate use, without any further modifications. If you want to make your own strips, we recommend getting a bias strip filer. The width of the diagonal strips is given as they are (or not) ironed - after sewing, the strips are half the width.
