We have tried: This material is soft and translucent, to highlight the color it is appropriate to gather or layer the material, as with tulle. The edges of the material do not fray. Because the knitted chiffon is soft and slippery, we were careful not to tear the material anywhere and not to cause unwanted "bumps" on the fabric even when cutting and sewing. We recommend sewing with a stretch 75 machine needle (this needle is also suitable for sewing knitwear) and make sure that it does not have a damaged tip, so as not to damage the material by sewing. The knitted chiffon shrank by 4% after washing, so we recommend that you take into account shrinkage already when shopping and pre-heat the material before cutting. We washed on a very gentle wash at a temperature of 30 °C and lightly ironed on a moderately warm iron. Before working with this material, it is advisable to have some sewing experience. Knitted chiffon can be combined with various types of other materials.
