We have tried: We sewed the elastic knit into the waist edge of the skirt pre-cut panel (870228). Working with the knit was quick and very simple. The edges of the knit are clean and do not fray, all you have to do is measure the required waist circumference, leave a seam allowance and sew. Then we marked the quarters on the sewn skirt and the top, placed the marks exactly on top of each other and sewed the top to the waist of the skirt. We did not forget to sew loops in the side seams when we sewed. The knit is an excellent choice for finishing the length of the sleeve on sweatshirts, cleaning the waist edge of sweatpants or to finish the length of the pants.
