Elastic Velvet 2nd quality

Elastic velvet hugs the body beautifully without constricting, which allows freedom of movement . The opaque material is pleasant, soft and smooth to the touch. The surface reflects light, velvet plays with different shades of one color from light to dark.

Use: You can use the fabric to make tracksuits, dance costumes, tunics and party dresses. It is also suitable for home textiles.

The velvet is in 2nd grade because it has stains.

Those irregularities, leading to the inclusion in the 2nd quality are not a reason for complaint.
