The metal fastening for a bag or purse consists of three parts. One part is attached to the inner part of the bag, the part with the legs to the outer part (the legs hook into the cover and expand) and the third part with teeth on its flap. The flap part is fixed by opening the jaws with teeth and inserting the material to which you want to fasten the fastener between them. Then, clamp the jaws, the teeth will prevent the movement of the fabric.
