Sealing letters - an old tradition is rediscovered. Imagine the joy and excitement when the recipient receives your personal message sealed. Invitation cards, gifts, certificates etc. become especially valuable and personal if you decorate them with a decorative wax seal.
The sealing wax is supple and soft and therefore suitable for mailing. A package of 4 x 12 g is enough for approx. 24 - 32 seals with a diameter of 2.5 cm. It is an addition to the seal set - item No.

Wax seals are very easy to make. However, be careful, because hot wax and flame are used, work on a fireproof base.
Tips for processing:
Preparation: put the multipurpose lighter and the fireproof base in place.
Seal: the spacing distance between sealing wax and flame should be continual, do not hold the wax too close to the flame. Turn the sealing wax so that it melts evenly. Drip in circular motions. The wax surface must not be quite as large as the seal.
Imprint: do not pull the seal out of the wax immediately, wait at least 10 seconds. Allow the imprint to cool down well.
Important:
- Plan a little more material at the beginning
- From one sealing wax stick, you get about 8 seals
- On coated baking paper, the seals can be removed
- Unsuccessful seals can be re-melted with the help of a hot-air dryer
- Sealing wax is suitable for mailing, because it is supple and soft
- To clean the sealing wax stamp, nail varnish remover (acetone-free) and wooden sticks can be used.
