The metal grommet is used to conveniently thread a cord or elastic through the fabric. It is composed of two parts. It doesn't rust. You will find 20 pcs in the package. Punches with a smaller diameter than the grommet should be used for elastic fabrics. For solids, the diameter of the puncher should be the same as the diameter of the grommet.
